About The Role
We’re hiring a Staff Product Designer to help shape the future of our AI-powered platform. You’ll work closely with our Head of Product Design and cross-functional teams to elevate the quality, consistency, and intelligence of our user experiences — across both internal tools and customer-facing products.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and leverages modern AI tools (Cursor, Replit, Windsurf) not just to move faster, but to think more creatively. You’ll own end-to-end design for key product areas, contribute to the evolution of our design system, and influence strategy through design-led thinking.
We’re looking for someone who sees AI as a partner in the design process — a co-creator, not just a tool — and who’s excited to experiment, build, and push boundaries. You’ll prototype, test, and iterate fast, bringing clarity to complex problems and working across disciplines to build elegant, scalable solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead AI-accelerated design across core product areas — from concept to prototype to launch — using tools like Replit and Cursor to build functional demos, not just static mocks
- Conduct user and market research using AI tools to generate insights at speed and scale — then translate those insights into actionable design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to infuse designs directly into the product development process — shrinking the gap between idea and execution
- Think in systems, not screens — design for scalability, reusability, and elegant user flows across complex user journeys
- Contribute to and evolve our design system with a focus on AI-assisted usability, accessibility, and performance
- Facilitate fast, iterative learning loops by testing real prototypes with real users
- Mentor teammates in AI-forward design practices and help raise the overall bar for craft, velocity, and impact
- Work closely with the Head of Product Design to align our design efforts with business goals, user needs, and emerging technology capabilities
What We Need
- 7+ years of experience in product design, ideally in fast-paced, high-complexity environments (enterprise, platforms, or AI-driven products)
- A portfolio that reflects systems thinking, user-centered design, and technical fluency — bonus points for working code in prototypes
- Demonstrated use of AI tools like Replit, Cursor, GPT-4, Midjourney, Galileo, etc. in the design and development process
- Deep understanding of UX best practices, usability heuristics, and modern accessibility standards
- Experience working across multiple platforms (web, internal tools, mobile) and with varied user personas
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence beyond your lane — especially when it comes to breaking down silos in service of the user
- A growth mindset, high craft bar, and deep curiosity about what’s next in AI and design
