If you’re ready to make a difference and have the expertise to lead IT solutions that drive our sustainability goals, we’d love to hear from you! What You'll Do: </p> <p><br/> <br/> Implement and Manage: <br/> • Deploy IT applications, ensuring they are scalable and high-performing. <br/> • Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT solutions, from implementation to maintenance, leveraging ServiceNow to proactively manage and address incidents and vulnerabilities. </p> <p> </p> <p>Be the Go-To Expert: <br/> • Serve as a knowledge hub for sustainability-related issues, offering expert advice for new developments and innovations. <br/> • Empower business segments to achieve their sustainability agenda through strategic IT sustainability projects. </p> <p> </p> <p>Innovate and Develop: <br/> • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop and, integrate sustainable IT solutions into our core business processes. <br/> • Work with data engineers to manage data from various sources, ensuring its integrity and accessibility. <br/> • Create data models and analytics solutions that support sustainable operations, providing clear and actionable insights. <br/>  </p> <h2><b>About you</b></h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Environmental Science, or a related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven experience in IT solutions development with a focus on sustainability and strong skills in data analytics, data management, and cloud technologies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Deep understanding of the national and international sustainability agenda and familiarity with reporting requirements (NFRD, CSRD EFRAG), particularly for a chemicals company.</p> </li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective teamwork across different functions and locations. </li> </ul> <h2><b>Our offer</b></h2> <p><br/> Borealis has competitive compensation and benefits which you can read more about on our <a href="http://careers.borealisgroup.com/content/What-is-in-it-for-you/?locale=en_GB">Career Page</a>.</p> <p> </p> <p>We offer a competitive compensation based on the collective labor agreement, reflecting your competencies and experience, starting at EUR 70.400 annual gross salary and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
