Job Description

This is what you will have to do on a normal day with us: 

• Collaborate with the Project Director in the development of client management. 
• Manage daily requests, both with clients and the internal team.
• Coordinate the different client and agency stakeholders to ensure that tasks are completed on time. 
• Planning and coordinating the tasks of the specialist teams involved in each project, using the Trello tool.
• Management, monitoring and global analysis of the assigned projects.

Qualifications

We are looking for an intern with: 

• Recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing and Public Relations...
• High English level: B2 or above.
• Good level of Microsoft Tools Knowledge.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Eager to Learn and Positive Energy & Team player.

Additional Information

Conditions: 

• Duration: 6 months part-time (mornings), extendable for an additional 6 months.
• Hybrid working model: 2 office days and 3 remote days.
• July, august, Christmas and Easter 100% remote. 
• Remuneration: 400 €/gross per month.
• From Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 14:00
• It is necessary to be able to enter into an agreement/annex with a university or business school.
