Energy Efficiency Associate Program Manager

Resource Innovations is currently seeking an Energy Efficiency Associate Program Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL. As an Associate Program Manager with Resource Innovations, you'll play an instrumental role in meeting and exceeding our client's expectations. Additionally, you will support the management and execution of projects within day-to-day operations of the program, working cross-functionally across the implementation team to achieve/exceed KPI’s. Additionally, you will lead process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality assurance and quality control. You will analyze business processes, using process mapping, data analysis, and tools and collaborate with cross functional teams to write, train and establish policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for developing short and long-term implementation plans, leading program implementation activities, and reporting to support these efforts. This position will work in a hybrid work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and implement programs for utilities to achieve energy efficiency goals
- Coordinates with internal team members and external partners to ensure deadlines and program targets are met
- Tracks and manages program budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Maintains strong relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for expansion of services
- Develops and maintain knowledge of current energy policies and regulations
- Analyzes and report on program performance, using data-driven insights to continually improve program effectiveness
- Assists with the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Works cross-functionally with other departments such as engineering, marketing, operations and data.
- Identifies process improvement opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field
- Previous experience in energy efficiency, utility or related sectors
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage budgets
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex information to a range of stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- PMP certification preferred
