Enrollment Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and driven by precision? We’re looking for an Enrollment Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and accurate experience for customers applying for life insurance. You’ll review, process, and validate incoming applications, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly because at the heart of our service is trust, and that starts with you.

Your Impact:

• Review life insurance applications for completeness and accuracy.

• Request and track down missing information from applicants or agents.

• Verify customer data using internal systems and occasional direct communication.

• Ensure submitted applications meet basic underwriting criteria.

• Resolve data inconsistencies and prepare policy-related correspondence.

• Issue insurance coverage materials once applications are approved.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Familiarity with CRM systems (a plus).

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Experience in insurance, data entry, or administrative processing is a strong asset.
