AV Production Manager/Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized AV Production Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the audiovisual production operations for a wide range of events. This individual will be responsible for overseeing onsite technicians, ensuring seamless execution of events, and managing the entire lifecycle of AV production projects.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and Coordination:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for onsite AV technicians, ensuring proper coverage for all events.
• Coordinate with various departments to align AV production schedules with overall event timelines.
• Technical Team Management:
• Supervise and lead onsite AV technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance technical skills and ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest AV technologies.
• Event Planning and Execution:
• Collaborate with event planners and clients to understand AV requirements for each event.
• Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment during events, ensuring a flawless execution.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in audiovisual production.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Equipment Management:
• Manage inventory of AV equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and timely upgrades as needed.
• Coordinate equipment logistics, including transportation, setup, and storage.
• Budget Management:
• Assist in the development of budgets for AV production projects.
• Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Client Relations:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding AV production needs.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Documentation and Reporting:
