The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate- Business Program/Project Lead leading large, strategic and cross-functional projects as well as concept development in close collaboration with interfaces across company
- Ensuring that business requirements are defined and aligned with all stakeholders in the company
- Coordination of business user management, release planning (ERP), and test and roll-out management based on business requirements
- Identification of risks through data and testing, building programs and improving processes to eliminate risks
- Monitoring and controlling the progress of the project as well as resource and budget planning to ensure project targets are reached
- Ensuring that master data are set up according to business processes and responsibilities
- Successfully completed graduate degree in engineering, logistics, economics or similar education
- IT-interested and proven track record in SAP and business processes
- Several years of program or project management experience
- Excellent assimilation skills and quick understanding of problems from different areas and independent or cooperative development of solutions
- Business-fluent English language skills (preferably also German)
- Experience in communicating with an intercultural environment
- Several years of first-tier automotive supplier experience
- Battery experience
- Disciplinary management responsibility in the past
- Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week
- Possibility of a 4-day-week (up to 35h per week)
