Description:

The Director Revenue Management oversees the timely and accurate production of scorecard reporting and client invoices, the collection of receipts owed to the Company and application to the appropriate client account, and the development and maintenance of scorecard, billing, and receivables systems and data. This role works with the billing and receivables teams, sales leaders, and Finance/IT leadership to improve processes and output.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the resolution of internal/external customer disputes and discrepancies, collaborating across functions to promptly resolve issues
  • Design, implements, and maintains efficient workflows that leverage existing systems and technology and incorporates new systems and technology when made available
  • Conducts analysis and reviews of scorecard, billing, and receivables data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and to celebrate achievement
  • Conducts ad-hoc reporting and business analysis as requested by leadership
  • Ensures adherence to Company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements related to scorecard, billing and accounts receivable

Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue management required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Advanced experience in Excel required

 

Location:  In office

Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval

 

Travel Requirements:   

Less than 5% (almost no travel)

Frequent:              Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion

Occasional:         Standing and bending
