What You Will DoForescout has an excellent opportunity for a strategic and business-focused Sr. Financial Analyst to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team. As the Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

Own expense management across the Sales and Marketing organization while collaborating with other departments to drive efficiencies.
Partner with business leadership across Sales and Marketing to manage headcount, purchase requisitions and discretionary spend, and own forecast modelling for the same.
Provide robust and in depth forecast vs actual commentary on monthly basis to tie into larger P&L narrative for actuals/month end close.
Work closely with the accounting team during the month-end close to ensure accurate expense postings.
Drive reporting automation with the use of dashboards to create repeatable, accurate processes.
Perform special projects and other ad-hoc analyses as required by Finance and the business.

Analytical Skills: Ability to work independently, think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative business data
Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable goals to drive results in a rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
Problem Solving Skills: Able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
Relationship Management: Able to build constructive and effective relationships within Sales and Marketing function with a diverse set of business partners
Strong Communicator: Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally, in writing and be able to actively listen in diverse settings
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient with advanced financial modeling as required by the business
Prior experience with Oracle, Anaplan, Tableau, SalesForce.com a plus
