OR Services Leader (RN)-Neuro/Ortho/ENT-Operating Room

Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking an experienced full time Operating Room Registered Nurse for an OR Services Leader opening. This role will support Neuro, Ortho Spine, and ENT surgery.

Inova Alexandria Hospital is a beautiful Community Hospital located in the city of Alexandria. Our OR is equipped with 11 OR suites and 4 Endoscopy Suites. Comprehensive range of surgical specialties to include, orthopedics-total joints, sports medicine, spine, general ENT, gynecology, urology, plastics, vascular, neurosurgery, robotics, podiatry, and maxillofacial. Full range of Endoscopy services including Heartburn Treatment.

Job Requirements:

• Two years OR nursing experience related to the unit’s scope is required.
• Previous OR Service Leader, Charge RN, Management or Clinical Coordinator experience is preferred.
• BSN graduate from an accredited school of nursing required, MSN preferred.
• RN licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• BLS Certification (AHA) required.
• Proficient computer skills is required.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be highly effective at leading a team and fostering a team environment.
