Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee premium services including suites, catering and VIP areas
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize premium revenue and guest satisfaction
• Recruit, schedule, lead, train, and mentor a high-performing premium service team
• Maintain close relationships with clients and internal partners
• Coordinate with culinary, operations, and sales teams to deliver seamless event execution
• Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with Levy standards and local regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in premium hospitality, sports, or entertainment industry
• Strong financial and operational acumen 
• Experience in managing premium products and VIP guest expectations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS/hospitality management systems
