Position Summary:
The Entertainment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the comprehensive planning, execution, and administration of various entertainment and special events throughout the property.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promotes superior guest service.
- Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
- Expedite the administrative requirements of performing artists in MUZE Lounge, Michael Jordan’s, Line and Lure, Rose and Thorn and the Meeting and Entertainment Center.
- Procurement of support documentation to include W-9, stage plot technical information, artist publicity and point of contact.
- Populate the Information Technology Portal (Share Point).
- Weekly check requests for Artist settlement, deposits, and expenses.
- Attendance at weekly meetings, participation, and team support at required team events
- Timely execution of responsibilities.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a related field and two years of experience in an entertainment-related role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a multipurpose facility and a working understanding of entertainment and special events production.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
- Thorough understanding of Marketing, Public Relations, Special Events, and Entertainment.
- Must be able to work various shifts, flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
- Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Casino experience preferred.

Wages:
