The team you'll be part of

In the CNS S&C Market Services Europe organization, we have a customer-centric technology team with Customer Architects and Customer Technical Project Managers owning the technical success of complex project service deliveries, assuming the technical interface roles towards the customer. 
 

What you will learn and contribute to 

  • The Customer Architect (CA) manages selected complex projects where Nokia delivers the complete solution as End-to-End owner, or for First-Off and large non-standard or cross-organization solutions, or solutions with 3rd- and 4thParty involvement. 
  • Defines and manages the end-to-end solution technical deliverables, including system level end to end high level design, requirements baselining, release and configuration management.  
  • Leads the E2E design activities/discussions/meeting with Nokia Internal and customer teams. Act as a single point of contact for E2E high level design discussions. 
  • Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders and translates them into effective requirements and solutions. Specifies & designs effective end-to-end solutions, through the design of architecture, to meet customer needs in a market positioning prospective. Applies solution architecture standards processes and principles, to create and maintain a solution's integrity over time, including verification that the solution meets the clients’ requirements. 
  • Responsible for approval process for design deliverables. 
  • Provides guidelines to project technical teams during integration & verification phase when needed. 
  • Proactively seeks to understand customer needs and upsell opportunities. 
  • Provides support to pre-sales when requested, helping to convince the customer to buy from Nokia. 
  • Regularly shares Best Practices and Lessons Learned in Knowledge Sharing sessions. 

 

Your skills and experience 

 You have: 

  • Experience as Solution Architect in complex projects with cross domain / E2E technology areas (5 years of experience)  
  • Experience in Telco Cloud Core networks area and Data Center design 
  • Self-starter - able to demonstratestrong sense of business ownership and leadership. 
  • Ability to steer and coordinate and take the responsibility in leading the resolution of complex technical issues 
  • Strong customer interaction and team playing skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English  
  • Having Cross domain technical management experience is a plus

  It is of a benefit in case you have: 

  • worked with Nokia solutions before  
  • already participated and contributed in presales 
  • public and/or hybrid cloud experience 
  • CI/CD automation experience
