Omnia360 Facility Solutions is a full-service provider of customized and cost-efficient integrated facility solutions for corporate offices, multisite dispersed portfolios, education, healthcare, and industrial-focused organizations. We are currently looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to join and oversee our growing team of amazing individuals.   


The Operations Manager provides leadership, support, and guidance to their teams site leaders and managers. They are responsible for removing operational roadblocks, clear communication with the customer and teams, assisting the sites with operations, safety, problem solving, and training programs. They oversee the individual performance of the sites and provide resources and guidance for continuous improvement. They are directly involved in system compliance and data capture including building maintenance and services audits, as well as contributing to short, mid, and long-term planning.

Responsibilities for the Operations Manager position are:

  •  Manages customer relationships and prepares weekly operational communication, monthly steering team, and quarterly governance presentations. 
  •  Manages each site to ensure that Facilities Maintenance tasks are completed on time and properly. Overseeing building maintenance and PM’s (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and filter changes, etc.). 
  •  Manages and supports site leads and managers to ensure safety, budgets, training, and compliance meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations. 
  •  Manages each site’s leadership to ensure planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities, are completed in accordance with account KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). 
  •  Reviews performance metrics in work order compliance (response time, time to complete, overall completion percentage, etc.) in accordance with account and/or internal metrics.  
  •  Ensures all operational and administrative work with internal/external policies and processes 
  •  Responsible for compliance with local codes and regulations. (fire and life safety, environmental, or industry/client specific third-party compliance standards). 
  •  Ensures life-safety and facility maintenance audits and inspections are completed monthly/quarterly and timely. Compliance with state and federal regulations. 
  •  Responsible for identifying capital improvement projects, including cost analysis to be utilized in the preparation of capital budgets. 
  •  Oversees vendor performance on all existing/new regional outsource provider service contracts. Works with Procurement during the RFP process to ensure best pricing and service level performance.  
  •  Oversees safety programs are implemented in conjunction with client specific safety requirements, and actively promotes the importance of safe work practices. 
  •  Responsible for client account inspections of all facilities. Documents inspection report results and rectifies any issues, concerns, etc. with client. 
  • Arriving at work on time and as scheduled. Reliable attendance is essential for this position. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Site Manager - Facility Maintenance position include:

  •  Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; MBA preferred. 
  •  Minimum of four (4) years Facilities Management/Operations experience, experience in medical facilities preferred.
  •  Experience and understanding of State (NFPA99) and OSHA
