Now Hiring: Part-Time Building Supervisor

The Kroc Center is seeking a responsible and dependable individual to join our team as a Building Supervisor. This position plays a key role in maintaining facility operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. As part of the Kroc Center team, you will help create life-changing experiences for our community by supporting a mission-driven organization dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus in all that we do.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the Kroc Center, ensuring the facility is clean and secure
• Assist with event setup and takedown, including basic A/V equipment operation
• Perform light maintenance and custodial duties
• Supervise staff, members, and guests to ensure safety and compliance with facility policies
• Act as the Manager on Duty, handling guest concerns and troubleshooting issues
• Serve as a first responder to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with authorities as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests and supporting frontline staff
• Uphold the mission of the Kroc Center by fostering a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Available to work weekends and occasional weeknight evenings (set schedule)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and handling point-of-sale (POS) transactions
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 45 days)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
