About the role

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Certified Pedorthist to join our Orthotics and Prosthetics team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. 

Position Summary:

Park Nicollet’s Orthotics & Prosthetics department supports the Meadowbrook, TRIA Bloomington, and TRIA Maple Grove locations to Physician groups, to support the DME needs of patients by providing products used at home to help facilitate the successful management of any number of orthotic and prosthetic issues. The incumbent must ensure proficient, quality clinical outcomes for all clinic patients, and is responsible for competency in the following tasks or skills.

Work Schedule:

Fulltime 1.0 FTE. Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Required Qualifications:

Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

Two (2) years’ experience as Pedorthist

Diverse experience level from Pediatrics to Geriatrics.

Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

Pedorthist Certification required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.

Verbal and written communications skills with patients and staff

Ability to manage a large patient caseload.

Ability to work collaboratively and participate in a team approach.

Knowledgeable in procedures to assure confidentiality of patient information.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

BA preferred.
