What We Are Looking For:
We are currently looking for a full-time Lead Dental Assistant. The perfect candidate for this position is highly organized and a quick learner who can hit the ground running. The Lead Dental Assistant (Lead DA) is a pivotal role that ensures efficient operations and oversees essential duties at the Middeltown location. This position involves typical responsibilities such as assisting dentists during procedures, sterilizing instruments, check and sends out labs, and managing patient records within the PMS system, but also takes on overseeing staffing, clinical standards, invoicing, and ordering supplies. The Lead DA is vital for maintaining high standards of care and operational excellence within the practice.

Requirements
Position Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma.
Must have 3+ years of work experience as a Dental Assistant experience.
Must have knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques.
Must have a X-Ray certification.
Must have a CPR certification.
Must be able to provide a high level of customer service.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a face paced environment.
Must follow HIPAA compliance.
Must be well organized and have excellent computer skills.
Must be able to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in an area where the noise level is typical of an office environment.
