The purpose of this position is the delivery of services in a manner that meets the program’s mission; meets federal and state guidance requirements; and supports the implementation of those requirements.


Program Consultant Sr. possess experience in a social service-related field, critical thinking skills as demonstrated in prior work experience, experience in human services field and program management; considerable knowledge of research, analysis, planning, evaluation, and measurement techniques to include forecasting and decision analysis; experience in the development and writing of program policy; computer proficiency knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point. Refugee Program experience is strongly desired.

Minimum Qualifications

• Considerable experience in social services related field with critical thinking demonstrated in prior work experience.
• Knowledge and/or experience of Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) related programs and policies.
• Knowledge and/or experience with benefits in relation to refugee programs.
• Experience interpreting and applying federal regulations and program requirements.
• Considerable knowledge of research, analysis, planning, evaluation, and measurement techniques to include forecasting and decision analysis.
• Comprehensive experience in the production of graphs, charts, and data analysis.
• Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Considerations

• Experience in the human services field and program.
• Ability to develop guidance documents and program manuals.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing information, formulating solutions, making recommendations, and implementing is desired
