We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   </p><p></p><p><b>This position is located in Frederick, CO</b></p><p></p><p><b>What this job involves – </b> </p><p></p><p>The Maintenance Planner is responsible for providing planning and scheduling of all scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities, as well as reactive / repair maintenance activities.  This position will work directly with suppliers to schedule support for critical environments, in coordination with customer stakeholders, JLL Regional Operations Manager (s) of Engineering and Call Center to ensure no disruption to the customer’s operations, while ensuring maximum equipment reliability and up-time through the scheduling process. </p><p></p><p><b>What is your day to day? </b>  </p><ul><li><p>Supports the Director of Engineering and corresponding Facilities Operations Team</p></li><li><p>Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the designated CMMS platform.</p></li><li><p>Provide a consistent high level of support to field and back office technical processes to ensure seamless and timely service delivery to client operations.</p></li><li><p>Manage server and system database operations in maintaining high level of system operation and minimizing operational impact.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement automated operational data report generation to deliver a high level of performance analysis and performance projection.</p></li><li><p>Support operational analysis of all engineering performance metrics.</p></li><li><p>Work with software platform developer to ensure maximum utilization of system capabilities in meeting client expectations, and development of improved capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Provide ongoing CMMS system user training to ensure effective utilization by field and back office operations.</p></li><li><p>Provide, as needed, reporting based on needs of clients.</p></li><li><p>Manage CMMS hardware and software implementation processes on all added client portfolios.</p></li><li><p>Other related tasks as may be required of the role.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>High School diploma or GED equivalent</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years experience in customer service support in a technical environment</p></li><li><p>Experience in SQL Server</p></li><li><p>Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Corrigo preferred</p></li><li><p>Experience in supporting field hardware implementation and building engineering operations</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint etc.</p></li><li><p>Skills in managing data warehouse and mining of performance data</p></li><li><p>Outstanding written and oral communication skills</p></li><li><p>Travel may be required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desired Qualifications </b>  </p><ul><li><p>Associate’s Degree </p></li><li><p>Experience in a controlled environment or cleanroom setting is a plus, but not required.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of cGMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and general regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA) is preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
