Cambridge Mobile Telematics (CMT) is the world’s largest telematics service provider. Its mission is to make the world’s roads and drivers safer. Auto insurers, automakers, commercial mobility companies, and the public sector use insights from CMT’s platform to power risk assessment, safety, claims, and driver improvement programs. Headquartered in Cambridge, MA, with offices in Budapest, Chennai, Seattle, Tokyo, and Zagreb, CMT measures and protects tens of millions of drivers across the world every day.

We’re looking for a senior leader to own driving success for our clients and adoption by consumers. You’ll lead a team focused on helping our clients with program design, on-boarding, adoption, growth, process optimization, retention, and more. You’ll partner with the Product team to make sure the clients’ and users’ needs get addressed by our solutions. You’ll partner with Sales and Customer Solutions to drive customer retention, renewal, advocacy and up-sell.

CMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and creative SVP, Customer Success who wants to join us in making roads safer by making drivers better!

Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen partnerships with global insurance and mobility companies to design, develop and deploy telematics solutions that power their next generation products
    • Collaborate to develop success plans that align customers and internal CMT teams around highest leverage growth opportunities
    • Build a team that is passionate about making customers successful and brings together the best of what CMT has to offer
    • Build out and scale a customer success organization that deliver customer value and align with our growth projections
    • Partner with Product to influence customer LTV through higher product adoption, client sat, & overall health scores
    • Maintain and distribute best practices
    • Develop Consulting Offerings to guide our customers in developing and rolling out our products and services. 
    • Partner with Marketing, Product and Sales to create WOW! client events
    • Drive outcomes for clients (user adoption, ROI)
    • Drive outcomes for CMT (renewal rates & revenue growth)
    • Identify opportunities for improvement in our products, services and processes
    • Travel to client sites throughout North America and Europe to deliver in-person consulting, training and success services
    • Complete any additional tasks as they arise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification in a related field
    12+ years of relevant working experience
    • Experience at the VP/SVP level leading customer success teams serving F1000 insurance and//or financial services clients
    • Growth oriented mindset with a track record of leading teams that penetrate and grow  enterprise/B2B customers
    • Data driven and analytical, with the ability to influence customers to evolve their way of doing business
    • Growth marketing for digital/mobile consumer services
    • Located in Boston area Auto insurance industry expertise (carrier, consultant, insurtech, or software)
    • Strategic / major account management program design and execution
    • Management or operational consulting experience with top-tier firm
    • Strong industry network in North America and Europe
