As a key member of our HR team, you’ll be the go-to person for employees and managers alike, helping navigate everything from day-to-day HR questions to more complex employee relations matters. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how we support our people, ensuring our HR operations run smoothly, fairly, and in compliance with regulations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues.
- Support managers with performance management, coaching, and employee relations guidance.
- Ensure all employee matters are handled with fairness, consistency, and in line with company policies and labor laws.
Documentation & Compliance
- Draft and manage HR documents including offer letters, disciplinary notices, policy updates, and employment verifications.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR and recruiting processes are compliant and accurate.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel records in accordance with legal and internal standards.
Policy & Process Management
- Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Help resolve HR-related issues and escalate when necessary.
- Use survey tools to gather and analyze employee feedback to inform engagement strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with other teams to improve HR workflows and enhance the employee experience.
- Support initiatives around diversity, inclusion, compliance, and talent development.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
- Good understanding of HR operations and best practices.
- Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and a willingness to learn international regulations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
