In this role, the incumbent will report to the North America Angiography Business Line Controller and the role will be based out of Malvern, PA.
Your Role:
Pricing Approvals:
Review and approve deals pricing from financial perspective, ensuring alignment with internal policies and strategic goals
Perform pricing related KPI analytics, identify insights & trend and recommend actions
Maintain and update financial databases and pricing tools
Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis:
Validate financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency with reporting standards
Conduct financial reviews to identify trends, variances, and key insights
Manage reserves and accruals, ensuring accurate financial reporting
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Analyze key financial metrics to support decision-making and business strategy
Analyze and support revenue and margin planning, identifying risks and opportunities
Expense Management & Cost Controlling:
Monitor and analyze expenses, ensuring proper allocation and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost efficiency and drive productivity opportunities
Data Quality & Process Improvement:
Review financial data for quality, consistency, and compliance with internal controls
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enhance financial visibility through digitalization
Lead the continuous development, enhancement, and automation of controlling processes
Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Extensive experience in financial controlling, accounting, or auditing.
In-depth knowledge of financial controlling, forecasting, and reporting
Advanced analytical skills including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and assist on decision making
Proficiency in SAP, financial planning tools, and data analysis
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data modeling, advanced functions)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
