MANTECH seeks a detail-oriented and confident Program Quality Review Lead to join our dynamic team.
 

In this high-visibility role, you will lead structured, recurring program reviews involving diverse Senior Program Managers. You will play a critical role in preparing, facilitating, and documenting these sessions—bringing clarity, consistency, and insight to the program oversight process.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading 10–15 formal program review sessions weekly, each involving 5–10 stakeholders

• Collaborating with Senior Program Managers across multiple disciplines to ensure productive, actionable reviews

• Researching program backgrounds and compiling relevant documentation ahead of scheduled sessions

• Facilitating meetings with a focus on driving decisions, resolving issues, and tracking key milestones

• Capturing and distributing clear, concise outcomes and action items from each session

• Maintaining consistency and transparency across program performance review processes

• Identifying patterns, trends, and risk areas across programs to inform leadership decision-making

• Recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance review efficiency and impact

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of progressive experience in a federal government program management or oversight role

• Current or prior experience successfully leading quarterly business reviews at an enterprise level organization

• Demonstrated ability to lead structured meetings with cross-functional stakeholders

• Strong background in federal government program documentation, analysis, and reporting

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface confidently with senior leadership

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with federal government programs or in a program oversight capacity

• PMP or related project management certification

• Experience facilitating high-frequency recurring meetings with documented outcomes
