Today, our products include a Certified Food Protection Manager Exam, Food Manager Certificate Training, Food Handler Certificate Training, and Food Allergy Certificate Training. These products are for individual purchases, as well as group purchases for foodservice establishments and enterprise customers.
We are an energetic group of passionate and experienced team players who are looking for a motivated Customer Account Billing Specialist to join our team.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Account Billing Specialist to manage billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing for customers. The role involves reviewing accounts, processing payments, resolving billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send customer invoices
- Process payments and track outstanding balances
- Review and resolve billing discrepancies or inquiries
- Collaborate with customer service and finance teams for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate account records and update billing information as needed
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in billing, customer service, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite, HubSpot, and Stripe
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
