Job Description

Pay range: $33.62 - $42.60 / per hour

As a SR Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders, you will develop effective recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the complete life-cycle hiring, onboarding, and retention processes. Your goal will be to connect the best talent with the right opportunities, creating teams that drive Chuze growth and scalability while embracing the Chuze mission of building healthier communities through human connection and kindness.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead the recruiting process by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media networks, and referrals, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews to assess cultural fit and qualifications
• Facilitate a smooth hiring process by leading onboarding tasks such as preparing and extending job offers, creating orientation plans, and ensuring new hires are welcomed and set up for success in their new role
• Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates, building strong rapport throughout the recruiting process, coordinating interviews, and providing information about Chuze, job duties, and hiring steps
• Maintain the applicant tracking system, finding efficiencies, providing solutions, and analyzing recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and retention
• Build and update detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria by collaborating with hiring managers for job duty accuracy and Total Rewards for compensation and EEOC and FLSA statuses
• Support field hiring operations by assisting with job posting processes and collaborating with managers across departments to understand urgent staffing needs, develop recruiting materials and guides for hiring managers, and lead recruitment-related events such as job fairs or conferences
• Foster strong employer branding that aligns with the Chuze mission by crafting attractive marketing materials, building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and developing innovative outreach programs that support inclusive hiring and recruiting practices
• Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance in all aspects of the recruiting process
• Provide support, coaching, and guidance on essential recruitment practices to the Talent Acquisition and cross-functional hiring teams
