Job Title: Service Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

Location: This is an onsite position, Monday-Friday, located at our Kalamazoo, MI facility.
Position Overview: As the Service Inventory Coordinator, you will work directly with the instrumentation and spare part logistics process, providing a key interface between Service, Distribution, and the QA complaint investigation teams. You will take responsibility and ownership for managing and coordinating of Spare Parts, Customer, Demo, Loaner, and both New and Used Equipment.
What You Will Do:
- Monitor accurate and timely receipt of product into the Instrument warehouse to include but not limited to; demo, loaner, customer, and return equipment.
- Timely material movement, generating pick slips, physically putting together shipments, processing shipping documentation and entering inventory transfers in the SAP system
- Ensuring policies, procedures and practices are in compliance with global quality & regulatory requirements and meet the needs of our customers & Quality Policy.
- Responsible for performing tasks to support the quality system and quality policy as directed by Service and QA/RA management.
- Lifts heavy items (75+lbs) and may operate forklift, pallet mover, and order processor
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1-3 Years of Technical Experience, Repair, QA inspection, Warehouse, or Inventory reconciliation experience is preferred.
- Experience working with complaint handling, inventory reconciliation, and/or CAPA & management review is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly spreadsheets/graphical software tools (e.g. Excel)
The salary range for this position is: $24/hour, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
