Bilingual Sales Associate (English/Spanish)

Job Duties:

• Act as a primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming sales experience.

• Help meet dealership sales goals.

• Provide exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

• Translate complex vehicle features and financing terms clearly and accurately for ESL (English as a Second Language) customers.

• Adhere to sales procedures from start to finish within customer interactions.

• Engage in business development and training.

• Address customer concerns with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and cultural competency.

• Follow safeguard rules and regulations.

• Maintain a positive attitude.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Native or professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport across different cultures.

• Organizational and time management skills.

• Strong listening skills.

• Valid Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
