AGMS - Salary

• Oversees all aspects of the hotel, including improving financial performance, operational and financial controls, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction scores, and developing and retaining a strong team
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Responsible for preparing budgets, creating and implementing marketing strategies, as well as setting and achieving financial targets
• Plan short and long-term goals of day-to-day hotel operations and develop department specific action plans
• Develops and updates the hotel business plan and monitors financial performance
• Manager experience in a full-service hotel environment
• Proven track record of achieving excellence as a hotel operations leader in a Manager capacity
