Position Summary

The Sr. Manager Content Publishing (FTE, IVA) is responsible for leading the content publishing process for field triggered emails and CLM content delivered through Veeva, using the authoring tool. As a Sr. Manager Content Publishing, you will oversee the end-to-end content publishing lifecycle, from content creation to approval to deployment. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, such as brand teams, agencies, regional leads, and IT partners, to ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of the content. You will also manage a team of content publishers and provide them with guidance and support. The position will work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful experiences that engage customers and drive business results. The position will be responsible for the steady state of operations and production/ Publishing resources, implementing and managing the Operating Model, processes, and training documentation. This role would be accountable for the planning and delivery of Content Publishing (FTE, IVA) capabilities to enhance customer experience and support marketing goals and objectives. Additionally, the Content Publishing (FTE, IVA) Manager will analyze and improve organizational processes, quality, productivity, and efficiency. This role will be responsible to shape the solutions that deliver the capability and drive continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital engagement strategies for the Content Publishing (FTE, IVA)s.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful experiences that engage customers and drive business results
  • Manage the development and ongoing operations of Content Publishing (FTE, IVA) content, ensuring it is aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze Content Publishing (FTE, IVA) analytics data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality delivery of digital engagement initiatives
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in digital engagement and Content Publishing (FTE, IVA) management
  • Define, develop and improve (where existing) operational models, work processes, and procedures consistent with management philosophy and framework
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to operations that yield sustainable results
  • Manage all operational aspects of the area including productivity, planning, and daily business processes
  • Work cross-functionally to achieve desired organizational results
  • Manage multiple projects amid changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and produce outstanding results
  • Support launch in US (United States), International & New markets by sharing best practices, training new hires, etc.
  • Maintain professionalism through excellent organizational skills, timeliness, regular communication, and meeting deadlines
  • Participate in other functional areas to resolve production problems and initiate corrective actions
  • Meet expected quality of service on maintenance and deployment of upgrades, enhancements, and modifications to operational systems
  • Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) in conjunction with Operations
  • Develop a deep understanding of how to manage a market, and how to onboard & train for success
  • Ensure all personnel receive necessary and appropriate training for their job function
  • Promote and implement standards and procedures
  • Develop/update/maintain necessary documents to onboard/train internal and external partners
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills; experience successfully supervising and directing teams
  • Lead standup of key components through fruition within the web capability area in line
