Pediatric Clinical Nurse Manager

The Children's Home is seeking a Pediatric Clinical Nurse Manager for Child's Way, our daycare for medically fragile children.

The Pediatric Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the program at The Children’s Home.  This is accomplished through sound planning, organizing, coordinating and facilitating the activities of an interdisciplinary team within the Children’s Home.  The Clinical Manager assures that all aspects of operations are consistent with the philosophy of care that is adopted and provided with a high level of customer satisfaction.  Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the delivery of care within Child’s Way.  Provides direction, development and evaluation of personnel within the program. Ensures that all care is being delivered in accordance with all certifications and regulations.

Requirements

1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Related Field
2. Master’s Degree preferred
3. Experience managing staff
4. CPR certified and OSHA trained
5. Proven ability in problem solving, working with families, conflict resolution
6. Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner with clients, the Board of Directors and the general public
7. Ability to manage multiple deadlines 
8. Previous healthcare management experience preferred
