Position Overview:

The Food & Beverage Attendant assists with service in the Clubhouse café near the halfway point of the golf course. The focus of this position is to attend to the food & beverage orders and requests received from the Members and their guests in a positive and friendly manner. This position is a seasonal position through October. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders with accuracy.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and quality service.
• Organize, stock inventory, and keep area clean.
• Engage with Members and their guests and always put the Member first. 
• Operate with a sense of urgency and strive to produce the best possible service. 
• Set up and tear down tables and café area daily and during events.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu and available items.
• Learn and perform all steps of service.
• Willingness to adapt to changes in venue and service.

Requirements

• Food service experience preferred. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work at least 2 days per week.
• Ability to stand for 6-10 hours at a time. 
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
