PROJECT MANAGER

RRC is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager for utility scale solar, wind, power delivery and BESS engineering projects. You will be involved in the development and construction engineering phases of the project from initiation through close-out. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and close-out of complex projects. The successful candidate must have exceptional leadership skills and possess the ability to successfully navigate through and resolve complex and multi-functional challenges associated with large projects.

• Provide strategic leadership for large and complex renewable energy projects
• Responsible for the overall management of the project scope, schedule, and cost
• Accountable for key project decision making
• Lead the project team coaching, conflict resolution, facilitation, motivation, and negotiation
• Responsible for leading project meetings
• Point person for contract negotiation and management
• Accountable to develop, update, and manage the project plan
• Coordinate communication and provides status updates to stakeholders as required
• Assess project risk and proactively develop mitigation plans
• Proactively manage project requests for information and action items
• Work collaboratively with the Project Controls team to ensure project schedules and costs are managed and tracking to plan
• Responsible for leading projects through all internal and external processes
• Proficient in analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implementation of recommendations to support project scope, schedule, and cost
