Composite Lead Tech (PIC)

To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Show up to site on-time every day for morning site meetings
• Communicate project activities daily to site manager or site supervisor
• Fill out JSA and make sure all technicians sign JSA daily
• Send a copy of JSA GoFormz to composite manager
• Complete required paperwork (e.g., service reports, time cards, expense reports, etc.)
• Send daily reports to site management and composite manager daily
• Fill out repair report daily and send to composite manager within 24 hours of repair completion
• Send time sheets to composite manager daily
• Send weekly time sheets to composite manager by Sunday evening or within 24 hours of completion of project
• Send inventory checklist to composite manager every week
• Send truck and trailer inspections to composite manager every week
• Text or call composite manager every evening with end-of-day (EOD) report, with plan-of-the-day (POD) for the following day’s planned activities
• Train and supervise techs within your crew
• Perform other on-site duties requested by customers, which may include different types of wind turbine maintenances
• Leave job sites cleaner on departure than on arrival
