Within the Marketing organization, the Brand Technology team delivers a ground breaking technology stack that improves in-person, digital, and on-demand experiences across Salesforce’s global brand activations, including content marketing initiatives and a robust events marketing portfolio. Our industry-leading platforms and solutions help connect target audiences to the content they need, when and where they need it, so that it is as easy as possible for them to learn about how to use Salesforce products and drive business growth.
Whether customers and prospects are navigating our events ecosystem or on the product buying journey, we aim to deepen their relationship with Salesforce, accelerate learning and networking opportunities, and boost marketing performance. Our innovations range from the Salesforce events mobile app to Salesforce+ to AI-powered personalization tools.
Brand Technology is looking for a technical program manager (TPM) who will be responsible for leading strategic cross-functional programs across engineering, architecture, product management, operations, UX, analytics, third-party vendor, and collaborator teams. You will also have a front row seat to see how Brand Technology runs some of the best events in the world, getting an insider's view into why Salesforce events are the industry benchmark for experiential marketing.

Impact
Success will be measured by your ability to lead the program team to deliver on the vision, scope, and success factors of the program, on-schedule with a high level of quality while meeting expectations of the program collaborators:
- Articulate program objectives and success factors, that create the appropriate program structure, develop sophisticated yet realistic schedules/timelines, and bring together the program team necessary to complete the vision of the program.
- Implement, iterate, run multiple planning/release timelines and be responsible for top down release management — from planning to delivery to retrospectives — working 2-3 releases out.
- Be the key driver to ensure business goals are met, risks are mitigated, and the team has a clear path for smooth delivery.
