Grow with us About this opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Advisor Radio Portfolio to take ownership of radio portfolio evaluation and guide strategic decision-making. In this role, you will combine technical expertise, portfolio strategy, and people leadership to shape the future of radio development and ensure alignment with business priorities. What you will do: Lead radio portfolio evaluations and provide strategic recommendations Drive change management initiatives across the portfolio Own strategic portfolio planning and ensure alignment with business goals Develop and improve ways of working within the radio portfolio domain Support competence development within the team Lead and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment The skills you bring: Education - M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering Experience - Several years of experience in radio development Portfolio knowledge - Strong understanding of strategic portfolio management and processes Change management - Proven experience driving change initiatives Leadership - Experience in leading and managing people Skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills What Success Looks Like Clear, data-driven portfolio decisions Effective execution of change initiatives Strong alignment between technology and business strategy Engaged and high-performing teams Why join Ericsson?
