We have a need for a dependable, hardworking assistant to help further accelerate the top sales talent in Rochester. The Sales Assistant will learn the automotive sales industry from the ground up in this role, with the intent of becoming a New or Used vehicle salesperson. The Sales Assistants duties are:
Customer Greetings in the showroom and service drive
Product (vehicle) Presentations
Technology presentations
Completion of paperwork for reconditioning, DMV and accounting
Inventory management (Moving and locating vehicles)
Completion of delivery paperwork to include banking and DMV documents
Being a team player

QualificationsAn ability and willingness to learn
Ability to move in and out of vehicles several times a day
An ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings
Drive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
