Description

 Position Overview: The Warranty Parts Coordinator is responsible for managing the warranty parts inventory and processing warranty claims. This role involves coordinating with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate warranty claims processing and parts distribution.


Key Responsibilities:


Warranty Claims Processing:

• Review and process warranty claims according to established procedures.

• Verify warranty eligibility and documentation.

• Authorize warranty repairs and parts replacements.

• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and related documentation.

• Coordinate with service departments and customers regarding claim status.

Inventory Management:

• Manage warranty parts inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize shortages.

• Coordinate with suppliers to order and replenish warranty parts.

• Track warranty part usage and returns.

• Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze warranty claim data to identify trends and patterns.

• Generate reports on warranty claim performance and inventory levels.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Customer Support:

• Provide excellent customer service by answering warranty-related inquiries.

• Resolve warranty issues in a timely and professional manner.

Vendor Management:

• Maintain relationships with warranty suppliers and vendors.

• Negotiate warranty terms and conditions.

• Resolve warranty-related issues with suppliers.

 


Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field preferred.

• Previous experience in warranty claims processing, inventory management, or customer service.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
