Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designs and executes supply chain strategies to optimize vendor prioritization logic, balancing cost, speed, and reliability to improve job completion rates and customer satisfaction
• Implements data-driven solutions by building dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs, including lead times, fill rates, and technician productivity, ensuring visibility into supply chain performance
• Leverages automation and AI by partnering with product and automation teams to implement AI-driven models that enhance demand forecasting, inventory planning, and vendor selection processes
• Drives process improvement by collaborating cross-functionally to streamline procurement and logistics workflows, implementing automation solutions that reduce manual intervention
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key suppliers, including the nation s largest distributors and OEMs, to ensure timely delivery and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Supports strategic initiatives by leading projects related to sourcing diversification, cost-efficiency programs, and risk mitigation to safeguard against supply chain disruptions
• Optimizes time-to-tech by identifying and implementing solutions that minimize parts-related delays and ensure technicians have the right parts at the right time to reduce job reschedules and cancellations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree
• 3-4 years of related experience
• 18 years of age or older

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
• 3-4 years of experience in supply chain, business operations, or a rapid paced, high standards environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau
• Hands-on experience with AI or automation technologies in supply chain processes (e.g., predictive modeling, automation bots, or API integrations)
• Strong project management capabilities with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and external vendors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment while managing multiple priorities

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Master's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
