What You’ll Do:

• Be the first voice our clients hear—empathetic, professional, and focused on solutions
  
  
• Qualify and convert leads with speed and care
  
  
• Guide potential clients into our sales pipeline with strong follow-through
  
  
• Collaborate with estimators and operations to ensure smooth transitions
  
  
• Suggest process improvements to drive better performance
  
  
• Log client interactions accurately in our CRM

• A natural closer with strong people skills
  
  
• Previous experience in sales or intake/customer service (restoration industry a plus!)

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
