POSITION TITLE:      Commercial Lines Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY:

Commercial Lines Assistant to provide administrative support which includes  reviewing policy information for accuracy, invoicing, receptionist back up duties and mail duties) and other related services as needed including various data entry activities. Applicant must be able to complete routine office tasks with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and quality customer service. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1.        Must be organized, with demonstrated skills for effective verbal and written communication.  Should be familiar with daily business operations and have time management skills.

2.        Ability to use personal computer, calculator, agency automation system, and proficiency in various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.

3.        Essential functions are outlined; other duties may be assigned as needs arise or as required to support the agency’s essential functions.

WORKING CONDITIONS: 40 hours per week

Compensation: The base hourly rate for this role is $19.00–$20.00 [annually/hourly].  Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
