Zapier is on a mission to make automation work for everyone. As a Senior Product Designer on our Growth team Sprout, you'll tackle some of the most critical challenges in helping users get started, unlock new value, and grow with our platform.

This is a high-impact role. You'll own design for Templates—a high-priority growth area that currently lacks dedicated design support. This includes the full templates experience: post-click flows, sharing UI, admin/account management, and if you're a high-velocity designer, the distribution side including template cards, landing pages, and social sharing assets.

You'll be at the intersection of product, engineering, data, and marketing—imagining bold solutions, launching experiments, and refining them through insights. This is a perfect role for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, thinks systemically, and is excited to both design for AI and with AI.

About You

• You bring 6+ years of product design experience, with a focus on Growth. You’ve led initiatives across onboarding, activation, engagement, or retention in SaaS or enterprise environments.

• Your portfolio shows polish and impact. You demonstrate strong UX thinking, refined UI, and a clear link between your work and business/user outcomes.

• You think in systems, not screens. You're able to zoom in to details while also thinking holistically about how touchpoints connect across the customer journey.

• You take bold swings and bring others along. You enjoy generating big ideas, storytelling your vision, and rallying cross-functional teams around them.

• You're self-directed and action-oriented. You don’t wait for perfect clarity. You're quick to explore, eager to ship, and driven by curiosity and impact.

• You use data, research, and instinct to inform decisions. You blend quantitative and qualitative inputs—knowing when to validate and when to trust your gut.
