Project Controls Coordinator

We’re growing and looking for a Project Controls Coordinator who enjoys both structure and variety. In this role, you’ll work closely with our project and shop teams to keep things running on time and on track. If you’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn, we’d love to meet you.  

What You’ll Do

• Assist in collecting and tracking project schedule data
• Walk the shop floor regularly to observe and document progress
• Keep the Project Controller and Project Management team informed of any delays
• Support the maintenance of project schedules using MS Project or Primavera
• Communicate daily with project managers, shop staff, and the project controller
• Help improve how we gather and manage project control data

Requirements

• Experience with MS Project or Primavera
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality systems
• A curious mindset and strong communication skills
