About the role
GCyber is seeking a full-time onsite Asset Management Specialist, to support the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) effort. The candidate will manage aspects of the software and hardware assets within the CESO program.

As the Asset Management Specialist, you will:
- Support property manager duties.
- Complete monthly inventory reports per government guidelines.
- Support inventory control process to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred property and excessed property.
- Provide monthly inventory reports in accordance with government guidelines.
- Develop inventory control processes to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred.
- Monitor software licenses to ensure they comply with license agreements and usage standards.
- Ensure audit compliance for IT software assets.
- Develop material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage and disposition of property.
- Establish program-level Defense Property Accountability System(s) for incoming property (Line Item Receiving Report), transferred property and excessed property.
- Coordinate and perform all property accountability functions and property management functions in accordance with government guidance and industry best practices.
- Serve as mentor to other Asset Management team members.
- Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience working in Asset Management. Additional years of logistics experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Proficiency with Excel pivot tables
- Experience with property accounting processes to include the associated forms.
- Knowledge of automated inventory control systems.
- Experience with ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, material handling, property accountability and discharge of excess property.
- Experience with processing paperwork related DD1149s.
- Prior DISA and DISA’s support to mission experience.
