Who You Are:

The Data Analyst II supports client projects through accurate data entry, collection, and administration. Additionally, you will contribute to AI initiatives by curating, annotating, and evaluating high-quality datasets to train and improve machine learning models. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple ad hoc tasks.

What You Will Do:

Perform ad hoc data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and compliance with client requirements.
Support data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with consultants and project teams to meet client deadlines.
Document processes and maintain organized records for audit and reference.
Curate, annotate, and evaluate datasets and data models for AI and machine learning projects.
Ensure data labeling and annotating consistency and quality for supervised learning tasks.
Conduct basic checks on AI model outputs for accuracy and relevance.
May serve on special project teams as assigned
QualificationsWhat You Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data entry tools and database systems.
Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication skills for working with internal teams.

The salary range for this position is: $61,055-$84,884. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, education, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
