Maintenance Technician

Pay:
FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $25 - $27 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. 
 

 

Your areas of responsibility:

• Troubleshooting an completing routine maintenance of equipment 
• Ordering maintenance supplies/ parts 
• Following preventative maintenance program for equipment & facility 
• Assisting with equipment installations 
• Communicate with team members and work order requestors to keep personnel informed of progress
• Document current status in work order system
• Responsible for responding to assigned corrective actions per the CAR system

 

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.Trade school or some college is a plus..
• 3+ years Mechanical maintenance experience is necessary 
• Electrical maintenance experience is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with using lathes, Bridgeports, and mechanical saws
• Use of hand tools and measurement devices
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Forklift experience/ operator certificate desired
• Basic computer skills required with the ability to enter data onto a tablet.
