Location: This role is fully onsite in our Fort Worth, TX office. First shift- 6 am- 2:30 pm

About the role

 

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring all incoming products are received, picked, packed, and quality checked with accuracy and efficiency. We will count on you to be knowledgeable of warehouse and safety procedures, possess some computer experience, and be able to work well in a team-oriented environment. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Verify contents of shipment compared to shipping documents while noting any discrepancies or damage.
  • Operate computer terminal to enter receipts and printer to print labels.
  • Pick outbound orders using RF scanners, verifying quantity and correct product.
  • Select the right size of boxes and pack the product, send boxes onto the conveyor line to be quality checked in the upper mezzanine.
  • Operate computer terminal to enter handling units and verify orders with the correct count and product, and print shipping labels.
  • Accurately label the boxes and send to the conveyor line for metering.
  • Accurately mark the correct number on product and label products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards in the work area.

What we’re looking for

  • High School Education or equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience.
  • Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures and some computer experience.
  • Ability to multitask and strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Capability to use RF technology.
  • Possession of a valid forklift certification would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of a WMS system, SAP preferred.
  • Knowledge of FedEx, UPS, and DHL Power Stations.
  • Ability to type 25-40 wpm.
