Purpose And Objectives

 The SAP S/4HANA Cloud Solution Architect will act as strategic leader in developing services, processes, and resources to facilitate success for our customers on their journey to the cloud, from scoping and planning of the initial deployment to continuous value engineering of adopting product updates from SAP. The role requires deep understanding of ERP process across technical and functional borders, a focus on customer success, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer delight. This involves ensuring the customer has a cloud mindset, follows fit-to-standard, and drives organizational change management to achieve a true public cloud environment.

 The role will be at the core of our customers and of Nagarro success and is primarily a strategic function, accountable for implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud services, processes, methodologies, and leadership to ensure success of our customers. This is a virtual role and may require up to 100% travel.

 Key Responsibilities And Tasks

 Overall

• Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and reference ability for all S/4HANA Cloud customers.
• Define methodology, tools and processes allowing a successful customer adoption.
• Establish and actively manage executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders (LOB and IT)
• Identify cross and upsell opportunities within existing customer engagements in line with the innovation strategy of the customer.
• Lead business requirements discussions with customer to implement S/4 HANA Cloud
• Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs.
• Understand the SAP roadmap for S/4 HANA Cloud and become a trusted advisor for clients in driving their S/4 HANA cloud adoption.
• This position requires business knowledge, direct interaction with clients, hands on system configuration expertise of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud and may include team management for both onsite and offshore resources.
• Provide guidance to customers through best-practice project scoping and delivery to ensure overall project success in implementing the SAP S/4 HANA Cloud using Activate methodology.

 Operational Management

• Responsible for high quality delivery methodology used in all assigned S/4HANA Cloud customers.
• Ensure in time & quality delivery, revenue consumption and profitability management.
• Ensure Cross-LoB collaboration, best practice sharing and teamwork.
• Manage business outcomes based on customer business KPIs.
• Autonomy and collaboration with C-level customers and their direct reports as well as with Nagarro internal Project Managers, Sales Account Executives, SAP GBU Consultants to drive the customer adoption strategy.
• Pro-actively support the account team for After-Sales lifecycle and relationship with the customer, including Maintenance and Renewal
• Product Expertise: Holistic overview of the SAP S/4 HANA Cloud product and services portfolio

Qualifications

Education And Competencies / Skills

• Experience in several industries and the industry the customer belongs to (core processes and trends of the industry)
• High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen
• Liaison and consultative skills: negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
• Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills; ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets.
• C-level communication skills / senior stakeholder management
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers, and team members.
• Certification in S/4 HANA, and/or other SAP Solutions is a plus.
• Project Management experience with Large and Medium Sized Enterprises (preferred but not required).<
