OVERVIEW: The Accounts Payable (AP) Manufacturer Statements Processor is responsible for reconciling boat and parts statements from assigned vendors. This role ensures timely, accurate, and consistent (ACT) processing of invoices and statement reconciliation to support vendor payments and prevent delays or late charges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reconcile manufacturer statements for assigned vendors for specific regions in a timely manner.
• Post manufacturer vendor invoices accurately and in accordance with ACT standards.
• Maintain organized records of posted invoices.
• Research and resolve issues such as missing invoices, invoices without purchase orders, aged invoices not on statements, and other discrepancies.
• Scan reconciled statements into Docuware for review and timely check processing.
• Assist the Support Team with researching RBNI (Received But Not Invoiced) items and ensure schedules are accurate for assigned stores.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and team members.
• Verify RBNI invoices against schedules, code them accurately, and enter them daily.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

KEY RESULT AREAS: 

• Accurate and timely reconciliation of manufacturer statements and submission to Docuware for payment. 
• Prompt and ACT-compliant invoice posting and journal entry completion.
• Timely vendor payments to prevent late charges and credit holds.
• Strong and proactive communication with relevant departments.
• Consistent adherence to documentation and communication standards in an ACT (Accurate, Complete, Timely) manner.
