Job Description
At Procore, we’re building the software that builds the world. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager, Construction Intelligence to join our Construction Intelligence team and lead the development of a new product focused on helping our revenue teams understand customer health and adoption. This product will leverage data and AI to improve both the success of our customers’ businesses and the quality of interactions our revenue team members have with them.
As a Senior Product Manager, Construction Intelligence on this highly collaborative initiative, you’ll be at the center of efforts to bridge the gap between internal users (e.g. Sales, Customer Success) and the external customers they serve. You’ll partner with data science, engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver insights, workflows, and experiences that empower our teams to be more proactive, personalized, and effective.
This role is a unique opportunity to help define the future of customer engagement at Procore by building products that are as intelligent as they are human-centered. This position reports to the Director, Product Management and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Procore’s revenue team Intelligence product line.
Develop a deep understanding of both internal revenue team needs and external customer behaviors and pain points.
Collaborate with other product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define and build shared datasets, machine learning models, and AI-driven features.
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success and other internal teams to validate use cases and ensure strong product adoption.
Define and track success metrics that measure both customer health and business impact.
Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of product development—from discovery through delivery and iteration.
Communicate product vision, plans, and progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the company.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in SaaS, and/or data products.
Demonstrated success building and scaling data-powered products with cross-functional teams.
Strong empathy and experience with both internal business users and external customers.
Familiarity with customer health scoring, product adoption metrics, and/or revenue intelligence tools is a plus.
Experience working with data science and AI/ML teams to bring predictive or personalized experiences to life.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders.
Passion for creating elegant solutions that drive measurable impact.
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $168,560 - $231,770. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
