About the Role:
The Marketing Specialist is a key player within the Demand Gen & Content team and will manage marketing projects across multiple disciplines, including internal and external communications, demand gen content creation, campaign execution, and lead management. The individual will partner with the Vice President, Marketing Strategy and Communications and other marketing and Business Unit colleagues to ensure all marketing activities are delivered in accordance with deadlines and quality standards.
What You’ll Do:
The Marketing Specialist will manage tasks associated with department projects to ensure quality of deliverables, accuracy of work, timely responses to client and Marketing colleague questions and feedback, and overall client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple project schedules simultaneously, working with cross-functional teammates that may includeinternal and/or external resources.
- Serve as a key support in the management and promotion of the Demand Gen team’s mar-tech stack, including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other lead generation tools.
- Provide back up to the Digital Marketing team for HubSpot tactics and execution, and offer service-bureau support to territory sales teams seeking targeted account reports and contact lists from ZoomInfo.
- Become proficient in both tools and propose process improvements and new service offerings as warranted.
- Participate in the development, management, and execution of marketing and creative projects from conceptualization to completion. Collaborate across marketing pillars to coordinate corporate marketing campaigns and track to completion.
- Facilitate and capture action items for ongoing team meetings.
- Become proficient in the team’s project management tool, ClickUp, and propose process improvements as warranted.
- Coordinate the creation and implementation of BU-specific marketing collateral, as assigned.
- Coordinate ideas and creation of partner sales tools on the HUB, such as Partner Pulse, Partner Insider, Partner HUB site.
- Assist in planning and execution of partner-driven demand gen campaigns.
- Assist with web content and copy as warranted.
- May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications & Interests:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or Business is required. 1-3 years of related experience and/or training (e.g. internship) or equivalent combination of education and experience is a plus.
